一、 技术说明及使用范围

1．微机控制电子万能试验机可对金属、非金属及复合材料进行力学性能测试和分析研究，可进行各种绝缘材料的拉伸、压缩、弯曲、撕裂、剪切、剥离等项目的检测。广泛用于航天航空、石油化工、机械制造、车辆制造、电线电缆、纺织纤维、塑料橡胶、陶瓷建材、食品、医药包装、金属材料及制品等行业。

2．该机采用计算机控制、采集、分析和处理试验数据，绘制应力-应变、力-时间、应力-位移等曲线，并可打印试验报告；该机使用最新控制技术，通过进口控制器，控制伺服马达带动减速机，使两副高精度杠移动试台，试台能以 0.001 ～ 250mm/min 速度运行。在测力源上使用高精度轮辐式传感器，拉压对称性好，抗侧向力强和寿命长等特点，其精度达到优于±0.5％，灵敏度高，整个系统达到 0.5 级精度；配备主流品牌商用计算机作为控制机，进行试验参数的设定、工作状态控制、数据采集、处理分析、显示及打印试验结果等。

3．该试验机还具有整机刚度大，精度高，对各种材料和试件适应性强等特点；传动部分采用同步齿形带，使传动更加高效，功耗、噪声更低，反向（过零）间隙小；˖速度负荷容量大，试验带载能力强，试样破断时振动小；夹具采用液压楔形夹具体夹持可靠，定位精度高；封闭框架加载结构，试验空间为上拉下压，不需地基施工。
