一、试片

取外观质量无缺陷的完整面片6片作为试样，其中3个试样进行常温试验，3个进行高温试验。

Take 6 pieces of complete dough sheets with no defects in appearance quality as samples, of which 3 samples are subjected to normal temperature test and 3 are subjected to high temperature test.

二、实验设备

旋转爆裂强度试验设备，其性能要求如下：

—— 最大转速可达到2000rpm,最大角加速度可达到300rpm/s

—— 主轴旋转时无振动，转速误差小于1%，角加速度误差小于3%

—— 测速表分度值不大于1转

—— 最高试验温度可达到300℃，控温精度未±2℃

—— 能自动记录试片在旋转爆裂时的转速

The performance requirements of the rotating burst strength test equipment are as follows:

—— The maximum speed can reach 2000rpm, and the maximum angular acceleration can reach 300rpm/s.

—— There is no vibration when the spindle rotates, the speed error is less than 1%, and the angular acceleration error is less than 3%.

—— Speedometer division value is not more than 1 revolution.

—— The highest test temperature can reach 300℃, and the temperature control accuracy is less than ±2℃.

—— It can automatically record the rotation speed of the test piece when it is rotating and bursting.
