Constant Speed Friction Testing Machine

一、用途

该试验机主要用于石棉、粉末冶金、无石棉等摩擦材料的摩擦系数和磨损率测试。可用于汽车用离合器面片；机动三轮车、摩托车和轻便摩托车制动衬片；石油钻机用制动块摩擦性能试验。

This testing machine is mainly used to test the friction coefficient and wear rate of friction materials. It can be used for clutch facings for automobiles; brake linings for motor tricycles, motorcycles and mopeds; friction performance test of brake pads for oil drilling rigs.

二、工作原理

交流电机经 V 型带传动一垂直轴，轴上端装有一圆盘，上表面为摩擦面。试件装夹在加载臂上，杠杆经垂直轴向下加载，载荷大小由砝码决定，计算机控制完成全过程试验。
