一、  概述：

该取样机用于将各种型号的摩擦材料切割成适用于制动衬片摩擦性能拖曳试验机专用的标准样块。可制取 25×25×6（mm）、 84×52×6（mm）、40×30×6（mm）样块。

This machine is used to cut various types of friction materials and brake pads/linings into standard samples suitable for the Krauss testing machine.25×25 × 6 (mm), 84 × 52 × 6 (mm), 40 × 30 × 6 (mm) samples can be prepared.Samples of various sizes can also be prepared according to different test requirements.

还可根据不同试验要求，制取各种尺寸的样块。一次装夹加工即可完成取样，使用灵活方便。

该制样机符合 GB/T 34007-2017 道路车辆 制动衬片摩擦材料摩擦性能拖曳试验方法。该机需具备切割、磨削、抽尘、数字显示等功能，能在摩擦片上取出所需样件，其制成的样品尺寸规范、摩擦面平整，消除了手工制样所引起的试验误差，为各摩擦材料研究、生产、使用单位必备辅助设备。
