一、用途与特点

1、YXCH 型压缩热膨胀试验机是用来测量刹车片压缩特性和盘式刹车片受热影响厚度方向产生的变形量大小，同时测出加热盘、摩擦块、背板之间的温度关系，从而了解整个盘式刹车片沿受压方向热传导规律。

YXCH Brake lining compress strain & thermal expansion testing machine is used to measure the compress strain of brake lining and effects of heat on dimensions and form of disc brake pads.It can measure the deformation of the disc brake pads in the thickness direction under the influence of heat, and at the same time measure the temperature relationship between the heating disc, the friction block, and back plate, so as to understand the heat conduction law of the entire disc brake pad in the compression direction.

2、测控系统控制速度快，升压和降压稳定，温度检测和控制准确可靠，位移测量准确。初始参数由键盘输入，加载过程自动完成，试验结果计算机处理后由打印机打印输出并存盘。

The system controls fast control speed, stable boost and depressurization, accurate and reliable temperature detection and control, and accurate displacement measurement. The initial parameters are input by the keyboard, and the loading process is completed automatically. After the test results are processed by the computer, they are printed out by the printer and saved.
